End User License Agreement (EULA) — Last Updated: July 19, 2026
These Terms and Conditions and End User License Agreement ("Agreement") govern your use of the Fetch Weather website, progressive web app, Android application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The agreement is between you ("User" or "you") and Clove Hitch Labs ("we," "us," or "our").
Please read this Agreement carefully before downloading, installing, or using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Clove Hitch Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use Fetch Weather on a mobile device owned or controlled by you, strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

Fetch Weather is built on and hosted by our infrastructure provider. While our infrastructure provider secures the hosting database and server operations, you acknowledge and agree that Clove Hitch Labs is solely responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of Fetch Weather. Neither our infrastructure provider nor its parent companies have any direct responsibility or liability to you under this Agreement.
All intellectual property rights in and to Fetch Weather, including but not limited to the design, layout, visual interface, graphics, database code, and overall functionality, are owned exclusively by Clove Hitch Labs (and where applicable, our licensors). You receive no ownership rights or transfer of intellectual property under this Agreement, only the limited license to use the App specified in Section 1.
This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by permanently deleting the App from all your devices. Clove Hitch Labs reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to Fetch Weather if we believe you have violated any provision of this Agreement.
All purchases, subscriptions, or digital transactions made through Google Play, Apple App Store, Samsung App Store and Amazon — refund requests and cancellations are managed by those individual app store billings. You will lose access to any Pro features upon cancellation. Refunds are not possible if you have used any Pro features.
All purchases, subscriptions, or digital transactions made through fetchweather.app are subject to the 14-Day Rule: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you normally have a 14-day ‘cooling-off’ period to change your mind and cancel a purchase. The user loses this cancellation right when they have used any of the Pro features. In these circumstances the user will not be refunded.
Any enquiries or requests for refunds for website purchases must be submitted directly to us at clovehitchlabs@gmail.com. Clove Hitch Labs will review and process requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our internal policies and applicable statutory requirements. Deleting your account does not automatically stop an app store subscription — you must stop it via the app store.
Weather, tide, wave and sea data are estimates from external data services and can be incomplete, delayed or wrong for a particular place. Forecast confidence generally decreases further into the future, and local effects such as shelter, squalls, cliffs and tidal streams may not be represented.
Fetch Weather is not a navigation system, chart, official warning service or substitute for local knowledge. Before an outdoor or marine activity, check official warnings, current observations, charts, notices and appropriate professional advice. You remain responsible for deciding whether an activity is suitable and for carrying the equipment required for it.
FETCH WEATHER IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOVE HITCH LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CLOVE HITCH LABS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to use the App.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in courts located in the United Kingdom, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
